"You rebuilt the transmission in our '95 GMC Safari a couple of years ago at 185,000 miles. It now has 216,000 miles and it is still running strong. My '97 Bonneville had a serious loss or power and the "check engine" light came on repeatedly. This was a problem that became progressively worse over time. It was now such that I didn't feel safe driving because it could not accelerate into traffic. I took the Bonneville to Mr. Goodwrench who replaced 2 fuel injectors and a coil. It did nothing to help the problem. I then took it to a local garage. I questioned if the problem might be the catalytic convertor based on a previous experience. He replaced the catalytic convertor. It also did nothing to solve the problem. You were my only hope. I didn't want to lose my favorite car. You found several things wrong, the worst being a cracked intake manifold. However, you solved the problem and the car has back it's original power and performance! Thank you for your tenacity and willingness to invest the extra time to analyze and solve an uncommon engine problem. You're one in a million!"
